Enter the building and unlock floor 3

The reported approach is through the Downtown Movie Theater back exit with the Flashlight/Crowbar, then Apartment Street. The building does not have a sourced Attic Key; NPC Tips instead records that name on Church Hill.

1. Take the Utility Room Key at the entrance and switch off the broadcast in the outside Utility Room.
2. Use the entrance intercom to call 4B and gain reported access.
3. Take the building map from the entrance wall.
4. Collect four Laundry Tokens: 1A/Supervisor, second-floor hallway, rear basement laundry room and basement Storage.
5. Use all four at the basement washing machine for the reported Union Level 3 Key, then open the Stairwell door to floor 3.

Storage and supervisor combinations

Stairwell keypad 54399 is file-listed, but the reported basement route can bypass it. What it guards in the retail route remains unresolved.

1. Reach 2A via the reported floor-3 balcony/mirror route for Dried Up Paint Solvent.
2. Get Bottle of Alcohol from the 2B still, combine it with the dried solvent and clear 1C bedroom's painted wall.
3. Use the revealed 1525 at the basement Storage Units lock.
4. Read the supervisor clippings and tenant documents; the apartment sequence is 1C, 3A, 2A, 3C.
5. Open the side room in 1A/Supervisor and take the Floor 4 Button and 1911 Service Pistol.

Roof key, 4B dream and Bell D

File rooms establish the roof key and slot/button items. Dream choices, encounter and Bell D reward are reported, not our verified script.

1. Fit the Floor 4 Button, ride to floor 4 and save in Roof Access.
2. Climb to the Roof for the Apartment 4B Key and unlock 4B.
3. The reported bathtub-tap interaction begins the flooded encounter and dream.
4. Check left on the dream beach for Sea Polished Glass Shard before advancing.
5. Guides report feeding the hole's creature an Injured Bird or crafted Bird Effigy, then obtaining Bell D. Either choice is reported to allow one later Cemetery corsage.
